Per Show Management, carpet is MANDATORY for all vehicle booths. Orders can be placed from the Flooring submenu.

All carriers must check in no later than 8:00PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, 7 business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Each 10'x10' standard, non-vehicle booth includes:

  • 8'H Black Draped backwall
  • 3'H Black Draped sidewall
  • (1) 6'x30" Black Skirted Table
  • (2) Side Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) Exhibitor ID Sign
  • Black Carpet

Per Show Management, carpet is MANDATORY for all vehicle booths. Orders can be placed from the Flooring submenu.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
